We have eight core beliefs that we live by. Skills and knowledge can be taught, and we’ll give you everything you need to succeed in your role. Our Big Heart Awards

Our monthly Big Heart Awards are a cornerstone of life at BrightLocal, ensuring our core beliefs are lived every day. Nominations come directly from colleagues across every global team, making it a powerful way to recognise the diverse contributions we see in one another. By celebrating those who go above and beyond, we shine a light on the amazing work happening day in, day out.

The impact of the awards reaches far beyond our internal teams. Each month, winners choose a charity or community project for BrightLocal to support in their name. To date, we have donated to over 60 organisations in the towns and cities where our people live. It is a vital way to give back, ensuring the great work happening inside BrightLocal creates a lasting legacy outside of it.
