Our journey to employee ownership started with a simple idea: success should be shared. For eligible UK team members, our EMI share option scheme gives you the opportunity to share in the company’s future success, and feel closer to what we’re building together.
Depending on your role and location, you may be invited to participate in our Growth Units plan - a long-term incentive designed to share in the value we create if the business grows over time.
Growth Units are our way of sharing potential future upside across the team on a consistent basis globally. They are a points system used to calculate how any future value-share would be split if there is a qualifying company transaction (such as a sale or an employee ownership transition) and the plan conditions are met. Growth Units are not shares, don’t carry voting rights, and don’t have a cash value today. Participation is subject to eligibility and plan rules, and any pay-out is not guaranteed.
